DYN Hot Runner systems feature external heating of the nozzle, with an excellent temperature profile and heat distribution over the whole material flow path. This together with precise thermal separation of the materials in cold mould enables shear sensitive materials to be processed.

Further resulting benefits include a reduction in cycle times, thinner wall sections with less material usage and complete parts with no after work. Nozzles can be used for both single or for multiple applications when used in conjunction with a DYN Hot Runner Manifold.

Systems with Beam, Cross or H design can be supplied complete with all heaters thermocouples, and distance pieces, ready for installation in the Tool.
